The American Dream Act
The Salt Lake Board of Realtors® Charity Committee started the American Dream Grant in 2019, because homeownership matters! The American Dream Grants help first-time homebuyers with their down payments and are now $7,500 each. The Salt Lake Board is proud to help members of our community achieve the dream of homeownership!
When Applying:
Indicate you are working with Move Utah Real Estate
Requirements:

First Time Home-Buyer
-
Credit score greater than 640
-
Household income at/below $141,400
-
Realtor is the Primary SLRealtors Member

Owner-occupied home (modular and manufactured homes qualify; mobile homes do not)

Close on purchase within 90 days of grant closure

Be pre-qualified with a Mortgage Lender before applying (we know some amazing lenders if you need a recommendation!)
